In this intensive, 3-day program, we discuss an organization’s legal responsibility to prevent and correct harassment and discrimination, as well as where an organization can or should draw the line between appropriate and inappropriate behavior. We explore the potential for discrimination in light of personality conflicts, generational differences, family leave requests and the need for disability-related accommodations, and we consider strategies for identifying and preventing destructive behavior in the future.
